Our Team

Practice Owner and Veterinarian

Dr. Heidi is the practice owner and veterinarian. She completed her undergrad at the University of Illinois in animal sciences and went on to graduate from the University of Illinois vet school in the spring of 2008. Dr. Heidi and her husband Nick bought the clinic from Dr. Robert and Neal Graham on July 1st, 2008. Dr. Heidi enjoys the challenges that mixed animal practice provides. Most days she can be found on farms treating a variety of animals. She especially enjoys working up lame horses, using her ultrasound during breeding season, and treating foals. Dr. Heidi still likes to get back into the small animal clinic for surgeries and to see her cat and dog patients. Dr. Heidi and Nick have three children, Gabby, Grace, and Jack. They also have three dogs, Jake, Callie, and Dolly. In her free time, Dr. Heidi enjoys being out on her boat in the summer and trail riding her aunt and uncle’s horses with her daughters.  

Veterinarian

Dr. Tanner completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois in animal sciences and went on to graduate from the University of Illinois vet school in May of 2021. Dr. Tanner lives in Sullivan with his wife, Kristen, who is also a veterinarian. Together they have four dogs, Ellie, Grady, Harley, and Tess. In his free time, Dr. Tanner likes to go for walks with his dogs and take care of his plants.  

Certified Veterinarian Technician

Tiffany is one of our valued certified veterinary technicians. She has been with Graham Vet Clinic since 2011, after she graduated from the Parkland College Veterinary Technology program. Tiffany enjoys monitoring and caring for surgical patients and is our go-to for tough blood draw patients. She helps manage the staff as well as the everyday tasks at the office. Tiffany and her husband, Ben, live in Sullivan with their four children, Brantley, Lily, Rosie, and Evie, and their four dogs, Remi, Raisin, Duke, and Bama, and one cat, Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys watching all her kids’ sporting events and spending time with her family.  

Veterinarian Technician

Olivia is one of our veterinary technicians. She has been with Graham since July of 2019, starting off as a kennel assistant and now working as a veterinary technician. Olivia graduated from the Parkland College Veterinary Technology program in May 2025. She and her fiancé Kyler have one dog of their own, Kash. Her favorite part of working at Graham Vet Clinic is doing annual appointments and getting to see some of her favorite clients and their pets each year! 

Veterinarian Assistant

Torri is one of our veterinary assistants with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from SIUC. She has been with Graham Vet Clinic since October of 2018. Her career with animals started at the Indianapolis Zoo, where she was a zookeeper for five years. Torri enjoys working with surgery patients. Torri and her husband, Brody, live in Sullivan with their two daughters, Loretta and Raelynn. They also have three dogs named Sam, Maddie, and Penny. In her free time, Torri loves to go camping with her family.  

Veterinarian Assistant

Mara is one of our veterinary assistants. She has been working with Graham since fall of 2023. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician program working towards her certification. Mara and her husband, Michael, live on a farm with their daughter, Lucy Mae. They have two dogs, Winnie and Blue. Her favorite part about working at Graham is small animal surgery.

Veterinarian Assistant

Katie is one of our veterinary assistants. She is currently attending the University of Illinois, majoring in animal sciences with the plan to attend their veterinary program after college. In her free time, Katie likes to spend time with her dog, Bo, and being on the lake with her family. Her favorite thing to do at Graham Vet is to help with the large animal reproduction and small animal surgery.  

Veterinarian Assistant

Delaney is one of our veterinary assistants and started off as a kennel assistant in October of 2022. She lives with her fiancé Lyle and their two cats, Izzy and Liddy, in Hammond. Delaney is attending the University of Illinois, majoring in animal sciences with the plan to attend their veterinary program after college. She is very personable and loves to chat with our clients. Her favorite part of working at Graham is meeting new people and their pets every day! 

Veterinarian Assistant

Karley is one of our veterinary assistants and has been with Graham vet since May 2024. Before working at Graham Vet Clinic, she lived in Missouri. Karley’s favorite part of working at Graham Vet Clinic is the large animal emergency calls. In her free time, Karley likes to walk her two dogs, Koda and Kita, and read a good book. 

Veterinarian Assistant

Lisa has been one of our main large animal veterinary assistants since July of 2023. She enjoys our breeding season during the spring. Lisa excels in foal care and always provides the best care possible for her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her horses, spending time with her friends, and hanging out with her three-legged dog, Ty.

Veterinarian Assistant

Olivia is one of our veterinary assistants with a bachelor’s in animal sciences from Oklahoma State University. She is currently working toward finishing her certification in veterinary technology. Working here since July of 2024 in both large and small animal medicine, Olivia loves treating cattle, but is skilled and proficient in other areas, too. Outside of work, she spends her free time with her husband Zack and their dog Hank!

Receptionist

Abby is our main receptionist. She has been with Graham since November 2020. She lives with her husband Paul, their son Theo, and two dogs, Halas and Gibson. Abby enjoys spending time with her family, she is an avid Cardinals and Packers fan and likes going to the gym in her free time. Abby’s favorite part about working at Graham Vet is getting to know our clients and their pets and forming a bond with her coworkers.  

Kennel Assistant

Adyson is one of our kennel assistants and part-time receptionist. She has been with Graham Vet Clinic since April of 2024. Adyson’s favorite thing about working at Graham is the bonds she’s made with her coworkers and getting to see furry friends throughout the day. Outside of work she enjoys reading, antiquing and hanging out with her cocker spaniel, Maverick. After high school, Adyson plans on attending Parkland College Veterinary Technology program. 

Val is our clinic cat! You will likely find her roaming around the clinic or sitting in one of the windows watching all of our clients come in and out.
